ACEO and direct Reports, COO, Office of the CEO, CFO, Head of Human Resources, CRO, Head of Group Regulatory Compliance, and Head of Group Internal Audit

Chairman:

Assistant CEO

Secretary:

Office of the CEO

Frequency of meetings:

The Committee meets monthly, with additional Adhoc meetings convened as necessary

Attendees to meeting:

Every member should attend; Other members of management may attend at the request of the Committee

Terms of Reference:

The key responsibilities of the committee are:

  1. Monitor the performance of the Bank 
  2. Ensure all Bank activities are aligned to the Bank’s overall strategy
  3. Ensure synergies between business lines, and other functions
  4. Relay and support business lines needs to other groups/divisions
  5. Discuss, review and approve Service Level Agreements between all functions
  6. Promote teamwork and transparency
  7. Discuss all other and tactical issues

 Reports:

Minutes of meeting should be prepared for key action items and distributed
